Team Building Course
with Japanese Cuisine

Foreign nationals are valuable members of Japanese society.
However, due to language and cultural differences, many people may be wondering how to build an organization.
The "Team Building with Japanese Food" course is designed for universities that accept international students and small and medium-sized enterprises that employ foreign workers.

What is Team Building?

This term refers to efforts to build a team that can achieve its goals by maximizing each member's individuality and experience.
It aims to foster a sense of team unity through meetings, training, and games with the goal of deepening mutual understanding among team members.
The method of combining team building and cooking has been widely adopted as an employee training program, particularly by global companies in Europe and the United States.

Features of this course

The goal of this course is to help members from different cultural backgrounds understand each other and deepen their relationships.
By bringing members of different nationalities together to work on joint projects involving cooking, which is a universal language, we expect that communication will naturally occur and mutual understanding among members will deepen.

Cooking for Marriage Course

I want to meet someone nice, but I'm not good at communicating.
I don't know what to say to people I meet for the first time.
Many people want to get married but are not good at talking to others.
For those with such problems, events such as formal marriage activity parties, where you have to find a topic of conversation by yourself, can be a hurdle.
Many events that combine marriage activities with other activities have emerged to provide an environment where people can communicate naturally by working together.
There are various types of events, such as "Outdoor x Marriage Activity" and "Game x Marriage Activity." Among them, cooking is very popular because it is a familiar activity for many people, and the results are tangible.

Features of this course

Through the collaborative process of "cooking," we provide an opportunity to get to know each other and communicate in a natural way.
In addition to learning cooking, we expect the relationship between the participants is further deepened by eating the finished dishes together.

No registration or annual fee required

Program Contents

In addition, we provide programs that add a game element, such as a "showdown style." Participants are divided into teams to enjoy cooking and bring them closer together, and we can flexibly accommodate your needs.
In addition to rental kitchens, school, and company kitchens, and event venues, we also offer online programs.

FAQ

  • I am shy and not a good cook...
Cooking will naturally help you to make the conversation more lively. Please be assured that our cooking instructor also supports conversation and strives to create an enjoyable atmosphere. We prepare dishes with event-like elements so that even those who are not good at cooking can enjoy them. For Japanese cuisine, we make "makizushi" (sushi rolls), and for Western cuisine, we make "pizza" as a collaborative effort. Recipes will be changed to provide a variety of dishes to enjoy. The event is scheduled to last approximately 2.5 hours. We have a relaxed schedule so that everyone can enjoy the event as long as possible.
  • What happens if the number of participants is not reached and the cooking party does not occur? Will the participation fee be refunded?
We are very sorry, but we have a minimum number of participants for a cooking party, and if that number is not reached, the party will not be held. If the event is not expected to be held, we will contact you and may cancel the event. The participation fee paid will be fully refunded.
  • How can I cancel my reservation?
If you need to cancel for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Cancellation fees are as follows: From 7 days before the event date, 100% of the registration fee will be charged.
  • I would like to obtain my certification in the shortest possible time. Can I take the beginner, intermediate, and instructor courses simultaneously?
If you wish to obtain the certification in a short period of time, it is possible to take a combination of beginner, intermediate, and instructor courses at the same time.
  • Can I take the trial class only once?
You can take the trial class as often as you like, but the content will be the same. You can participate multiple times to experience the charm of the tea ceremony further. Please feel free to participate.
  • What can I do as an instructor?
Once you become an instructor, you can teach tea ceremony lessons, lead your own classes, or set up your own events. We also offer a support course for starting your own business. There are also opportunities for you to be sent by Aime-toi as an instructor.
  • Is it possible to have lessons on the road?
Yes, lessons are available at the venue you specify. However, please note that there is an additional cost for travel and transportation.
