Team Building Course
with Japanese Cuisine
Foreign nationals are valuable members of Japanese society.
However, due to language and cultural differences, many people may be wondering how to build an organization.
The "Team Building with Japanese Food" course is designed for universities that accept international students and small and medium-sized enterprises that employ foreign workers.

What is Team Building?
This term refers to efforts to build a team that can achieve its goals by maximizing each member's individuality and experience.
It aims to foster a sense of team unity through meetings, training, and games with the goal of deepening mutual understanding among team members.
The method of combining team building and cooking has been widely adopted as an employee training program, particularly by global companies in Europe and the United States.
Features of this course
The goal of this course is to help members from different cultural backgrounds understand each other and deepen their relationships.
By bringing members of different nationalities together to work on joint projects involving cooking, which is a universal language, we expect that communication will naturally occur and mutual understanding among members will deepen.

Cooking for Marriage Course
I want to meet someone nice, but I'm not good at communicating.
I don't know what to say to people I meet for the first time.
Many people want to get married but are not good at talking to others.
For those with such problems, events such as formal marriage activity parties, where you have to find a topic of conversation by yourself, can be a hurdle.
Many events that combine marriage activities with other activities have emerged to provide an environment where people can communicate naturally by working together.
There are various types of events, such as "Outdoor x Marriage Activity" and "Game x Marriage Activity." Among them, cooking is very popular because it is a familiar activity for many people, and the results are tangible.

Features of this course
Through the collaborative process of "cooking," we provide an opportunity to get to know each other and communicate in a natural way.
In addition to learning cooking, we expect the relationship between the participants is further deepened by eating the finished dishes together.
No registration or annual fee required
Program Contents
In addition, we provide programs that add a game element, such as a "showdown style." Participants are divided into teams to enjoy cooking and bring them closer together, and we can flexibly accommodate your needs.
