Today's society is often stressful in many ways.
If you are feeling left behind in this fast-paced world and unable to focus on one thing, you need to remind yourself of what you should be doing.
Cooking is the perfect way to do that.
The "Mindfulness Zen Cooking Course" will refresh your mind, body, and soul.
Try to look at yourself through deep meditation and think about what you must do "here" and "now. You will surely find the light that illuminates the path you should take.

Food quality is greatly enhanced by concentrating on each task and carefully preparing each dish.
Through food, positive energy is nourished and taken into the body.
Being in touch with your food through cooking is also a process of building a good relationship with your body and mind.
Mindful cooking will dramatically change your diet and help you break bad habits, and turn your life around.

Japanese Courses in Cooking

Class Outline

Cooking is a great way to learn a language. Vocabulary and grammar that are difficult to learn just by writing or reading can be learned in a more practical way by relating them to actual actions and situations. Our instructors, who have experience as English conversation instructors and cram school teachers and are good at teaching others, will teach you carefully, so you can enjoy learning while having fun. This class is a hit-three-birds-with-one-stone situation: you can improve your cooking skills, learn Japanese, and improve your communication skills. Those who have experienced the class have also commented that they are glad to be able to ask questions easily and that the instructor watches over each student to ensure that no one is left behind.
